CHILE - Santiago

Mi amigo chileno Sebastián, estando en Madrid, consiguió organizarme un increíble plan de fin de semana en Santiago, incluyendo el alojamiento en casa de su hermano Felipe y la fiesta de cumpleaños de su amiga Pepa el sábado…

Según llegué desde Mendoza, sin haber dormido la noche anterior, Felipe ya me estaba esperando con un asado organizado con sus amigos en la terraza de su casa. Aguanté hasta la 1:30 antes de caer muerto…

El sábado por la mañana lo pasé recorriendo el centro de Santiago con Daniela (amiga de Sebastián), antes de verme con Gary en Bellavista… Y fue entonces cuando me robaron el bolso en la terraza, así que me tocó poner denuncia y todo lo demás… Pero como no quería que el robo me rompiera el fin de semana, no renuncié al cumpleaños y me fui de fiesta con Cote y Maria José hasta las 6 de la mañana… geeeenial!!

Y yo pensaba que no tenía mucha gente conocida en Santiago, pero terminé pasando la tarde del domingo con mis amigos irlandeses Luke y Sophie, comiendo el lunes con Pedro Pablo (mi compañero de BNPP), tomando cervezas con Tacha y Jeroen (nos conocimos en La Paz) y cenando con mi amigo francés Vincent Treulet y Raúl… Así que al final incluso no me dio tiempo a ver a las chilenas surferas que conocí en Huachacho!!

PD: por razones obvias, desgraciadamente no hay fotos del fin de semana…

My Chilean friend Sebastian, being in Madrid, managed to organize an incredible plan for my weekend in Santiago, including accommodation at his brother Felipe’s place and the birthday party of his friend Pepa on Saturday...

As soon as I came from Mendoza, not having slept the night before, Felipe was already waiting for me with a BBQ organized with his friends on the terrace of his house. I lasted until 1:30 before dying...

I spent Saturday morning wandering downtown Santiago with Daniela (friend of Sebastian) before meeting Gary in Bellavista... And that's when my bag was stolen at the terrace, so I had to go to the police and everything else… But I did not want that incident to ruin my weekend, so I didn't change my plans and went to the birthday party with Cote and Maria Jose until 6 in the morning... soooo great!!

And I thought I didn’t know many people in Santiago, but I ended up enjoying Sunday afternoon with my Irish friends Luke and Sophie, eating on Monday with Pedro Pablo (my colleague from BNPP), drinking beers with Tacha and Jeroen (we met in La Paz) and having dinner with my French friend Vincent Treulet and Raul... So in the end I even had no time to see the Chilean surfer girls I met in Huachacho!

PS: for obvious reasons, unfortunately there are no photos of the weekend...
